That's a pretty decent stroke there. I don't think sliding the back foot out like that is textbook Ted Williams-style hitting, but you'll definitely see worse. A ground rule double in a big league ballpark is nothing to sneeze at.
The amazing thing, of course, is that Donovan McNabb and Ken Griffey Jr. got together and no one came out of the conversation with a debilitating injury. I'm glad they settled for just a handshake. If one had attempted to give the other a piggyback ride, they might both be in a coma today.
