I,
obviously, have no earthly need for an agent. I don't know, maybe he or she
could follow me around to restaurants and various other stores and
do this. But still, I really want to hire Drew Rosenhaus to represent me. I
think it would be nice to have someone on Twitter whose only job was to say nice
things about me.
For an example of what I'm looking for, have a look at the Twitter page of superagent, Mr. Drew Rosenhaus. Nearly every single tweet is about how one of the players he represents is awesome, or will soon be awesome. If, after a while, someone decided to round up all of his Twitter posts and put them together in book form, the title of it will be, "Men I Love," by Drew Rosenhaus.
Some examples:
Danny Ware(notes) has the ability to be a starting RB in the NFL. He's going to take advantage of his opportunity in 09 with the Giants.
Key an eye on Dom Barber who is in position to be one of the starting safeties for the Texans. Barber was a steal in the 08 draft.
Don't count out Drew Stanton(notes) in the Lions' QB derby. Drew has all the ingredients to be a top QB in the NFL and he is ready to compete.
I worked out today with Jon Beason(notes), Frank Gore(notes), Thomas Jones(notes) and Donte' Stallworth(notes). They are in great shape and ready to have top seasons.
Look for Greg Jones(notes) to contribute as a runner this year for the Jags. Jones can be a #1 RB and he will get a lot of carries this season.
Look for Bernard Berrian(notes) to explode next season if the Vikings sign Favre. They will be unstoppable! BB can run deep & BF can throw it deep
It makes me feel good. Obviously, it's crazy ... I mean, come on, Drew Stanton beating out both Daunte Culpepper(notes) and Matthew Stafford(notes) for the Lions starting job? Sure, just as soon as the fans in Pittsburgh start clamoring for Charlie Batch(notes) to unseat Ben Roethlisberger(notes).
Read enough Roseanhaus Tweets, though, and the warmth and cheer start to seep in. Even if some of it is crazy to the point of being delusional.
Too often, society seems like a dark and negative place, full of isolated people and no sense of togetherness.
But then you see the love pouring out of the Drew Rosenhaus Twitter feed, and suddenly, the world feels like a big basket of magical love, where everyone eats from a giant bowl of delicious strawberries, and there are happy, promiscuous women everywhere. Drew Rosenhaus is practically the Dalai Lama.
And the best part about it is that the love is pure, untainted and not motivated by money in any way. That's what makes it so special.
