if anyone listened or watched the david letterman show last night - Farve pretty much made it clear that once the season gets close, he will be playing - where, is the only question.

yeah, he still didn't seem like he's completely retired---there's always that "well......if i didn't have to do mini-camp, well, if i didn't have to....."i am a huuuuuuge brett fan, but an even huuuuuuuuger packer fan---and if he pulls something at the end of the summer, and decides to come back, i'll actually be pissed! he's had the team in limbo for the past three off-seasons, and it wouldn't be fair. i'm ready for rodgers! no pressure for him, hey? 1st regular season game on monday night, and retiring favre's number that night!

I don't think he'll be back. He said something might happen when training camp starts. He said butterflies. He didn't say he was going to play. Letterman was trying to get him to say it but he didn't. Don't read too much into that interview.
