The 2012 MLB regular season is well underway with nearly half the season already in the books. It is still a long road to October, but paths are already starting to take shape and many surprises have already occurred along the way. The early portions of the season bring promise but at this point anything can still happen.
The highlight of the day will be when the New York Yankees visit the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park located in Boston, Mass.
Hiroki Kuroda (8-7, 3.17 ERA) will take the mound for the Yankees facing off against Boston's Josh Beckett (4-7, 4.06 ERA) in baseball's biggest rivalry matchup.
With a number of great games to be played on the day, this will be one of the better ones.
