The Jets controlled the Raiders, 37-27, at home.
Geno Smith found the end zone for two scores against the Raiders (1 pass, 1 rush) on 16 of 25 passing for 219 yards and one pick. On the Raiders side, Matt McGloin went 18 for 31 with 245 yards passing, two touchdowns and one pick.
Chris Ivory rushed for 76 yards on 18 carries with a touchdown. Kellen Winslow caught three passes for 61 yards.
The New York defense surrendered 150 yards rushing and 265 passing. They got to McGloin for three sacks.
Finally, Nick Folk was perfect, connecting on all three of his field goal attempts.
Raiders running back Marcel Reece gave a standout effort with 123 yards rushing, 38 receiving and one touchdown. Wide receiver Rod Streater also gave a strong effort with 130 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Jets head to Charlotte next week to face off with the Panthers (9-3) while the Raiders will play host to the Chiefs (10-3).
