Andre Brown had a big day running the football, but it wasn't enough to avoid a tough loss for the Giants against the Cowboys, 24-21, at home.
Eli Manning accounted for two touchdown on 16 of 30 passing for 174 yards and no interceptions. Tony Romo finished 23 for 38 with 234 yards passing, two touchdowns and one pick for the Cowboys.
Brown was a standout player for the Giants, rushing for 127 yards on 21 attempts in addition to four receptions for 11 yards. Brandon Myers snagged three balls for 39 yards while adding a touchdown.
The New York defense stood its ground in the loss, giving up 107 yards rushing and 234 passing. They tormented Romo with four sacks.
Cowboys tight end Jason Witten was impressive, churning out 37 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Running back DeMarco Murray also performed well with 86 rushing yards and 40 receiving.
The Giants head to Landover next week to face the Redskins (3-7) while the Cowboys host the Raiders (4-7).
