Victor Cruz had a big day receiving, leading the way to a solid win for the Giants against the Packers, 27-13, at home.
Eli Manning completed the game 25 for 35 with 279 yards passing, one touchdown and one pick. In comparison, Scott Tolzien went 24 of 34 with 339 yards passing, no touchdowns and three picks for the Packers.
Andre Brown ran for 66 yards on 18 carries while adding three receptions for 27 yards. Cruz was a weapon for the offense, catching eight balls for 110 yards.
The New York defense was the difference in the victory, allowing 55 yards rushing and 339 passing.
Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson gave a standout effort with 117 receiving yards. Wide receiver Jarrett Boykin also had a noteworthy performance with 91 receiving yards.
The Giants will play host to the Cowboys (5-5) next week while the Packers play against the Vikings (2-8), also at home.
