Brandon Jacobs had a big night running the football, but it wasn't enough to avoid a loss for the Giants against the Bears, 27-21, in Chicago.
Eli Manning was turnover prone, going 14 for 26 with 239 yards passing, one touchdown and three picks. Jay Cutler completed 24 of 36 passes for 262 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for the Bears.
Jacobs was a standout player for the Giants, rushing for 106 yards on 22 attempts with two touchdowns. Rueben Randle was a top receiver, catching three balls for 75 yards with a score.
The New York defense allowed 110 yards rushing and 262 passing.
Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall could not be contained, putting up 87 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Tight end Martellus Bennett also put together a noteworthy performance with 68 receiving yards.
The Giants host the Vikings (1-3) next week while the Bears head to Landover to face the Redskins (1-3).
