In the notarized affidavit obtained by, FAU assistant Matt Stewart and a woman, Allison Stewart, said they witnessed Pelini smoking marijuana in Key West, Fla., on Oct. 19. They also alleged that they saw both Pelini and Rekstis use marijuana and cocaine within the past year.

Stewart went on to state that she personally received a text message from Pelini "admitting that he uses drugs on occasion."
