In a complete performance, Ty Lawson finished with 18 points and added 13 assists and 7 rebounds to help the Denver Nuggets beat the Milwaukee Bucks, 110-100. Denver (24-23) has now won back-to-back games after defeating Los Angeles Clippers on Monday.
Lawson shot 6-14 from the field and 5-6 from the free throw line. Denver also got solid performances from Randy Foye with 20 points and 6 assists, J.J. Hickson with 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Kenneth Faried with 10 points and 9 rebounds. Larry Sanders had a rare strong game for Milwaukee in the loss, scoring 25 points on 12-19 shooting from the field and 1-5 from the free throw line. He also tallied 15 rebounds. Khris Middleton contributed 25 points and 6 rebounds and Brandon Knight finished with 16 points and 8 assists.
Milwaukee (9-40) could not get back-to-back victories after defeating New York on Monday.
