MACOMB, Ill. (AP) -- Ceola Clark III scored 13 points and Western Illinois defeated North Dakota State 50-42 Saturday night.
Clark was 4 of 7 from the field. Remy Roberts-Burnett added 11 points for the Leathernecks (15-4, 7-1 Summit League). Adam Link and Terell Parks had five rebounds apiece.
North Dakota State led 20-13 at halftime. Western Illinois shot 38 percent from the field for the game, while North Dakota State shot 38 percent. The Bison had 34 rebounds, while the Leathernecks had 26.
Mike Felt led North Dakota State with 10 points, and Marshall Bjorklund had nine. Lawrence Alexander had eight points and seven rebounds. TrayVonn Wright also had seven rebounds.
The loss ended an eight-game winning streak for the Bison (16-4, 7-1).
Western Illinois has lost only one game at home this season, winning nine inside Western Hall.
