West Virginia WR Bailey declares for NFL draft

Big-play wide receiver Stedman Bailey will leave West Virginia after the Pinstripe Bowl to enter the NFL draft, coach Dana Holgerson said Monday.

Bailey, a redshirt junior, finished the regular season with 106 receptions for 1,501 yards and 23 touchdowns. He is ranked 14th among receiver prospects by
