West Ham confirmed their Premier League status with a comfortable win over 10-man Tottenham, their third win of the season over their London rivals.
First-half goals from Stewart Downing and an Harry Kane own goal gave the Hammers the 2-0 win but they were largely helped by the sending off of Younes Kaboul with the deadlock yet to be broken.
