    Week 3: Packers-Seahawks matchup

    Green Bay at Seattle

Monday, 8:30 p.m. ET, at CenturyLink Field, Seattle - TV: ESPN

*TV announcers: Mike Tirico, Jon Gruden, Lisa Salters

*Keys to the game: The Packers have 10 days between games, which should allow WR Greg Jennings to return from the groin injury that kept him out of the Chicago game. QB Aaron Rodgers has plenty of weapons, but Jennings is a particularly valued option in a loud road environment. Green Bay was pleased with getting RB Cedric Benson 20 carries in Week 2 to help take some of the pressure of the struggling offensive line. The Seahawks will blitz in waves, particularly in the second half should the front seven not be getting Rodgers on its own. The other question is which Packers defense will show up? Seahawks rookie QB Russell Wilson doesn't have dynamic receivers who can get open quickly to burn an aggressive pass rush, and Packers OLB Clay Matthews is coming off a monster game. Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch had 122 rushing yards against a Dallas defense geared to stop him and Wilson is utilizing his tight ends frequently in the underneath passing game.

*Matchup to watch - Packers LT Marshall Newhouse vs. Seahawks OLB Chris Clemons: Newhouse has opened the season with two rough outings, and it doesn't get much easier against Clemons, one of the most underrated pass rushers in the NFL coming off consecutive 11-sack seasons. With LG T.J. Lang having his own struggles, the Seahawks will attack from Rodgers' blind side and attempt to find the big defensive plays they thrive on at home.

*Player spotlight - Seahawks RG John Moffitt: After a strong start to his rookie season, Moffitt finished 2011 on injured reserve and suspended by the league. Seattle tried to give his job to former defensive tackle J.R. Sweezy - an experiment that lasted one game until Moffitt started against Dallas.

*Fast facts: Matthews, who had six sacks in 2011, has six through two games. ... The Seahawks have allowed just 92 rushing yards through two games.

    WHO WILL WIN AND WHY

The Seahawks and their fans will be pumped up for a rare Monday night home game, and the defense has the ability to keep Seattle in it until the fourth quarter - if RB Marshawn Lynch has a big game. But there isn't enough offense to truly threaten the upset.

    *Our pick: Packers 23-17
