Weeden enters after Browns QB Campbell hurt

Cleveland Browns quarterback Jason Campbell received medical attention after taking a big hit from Baltimore Ravens defensive end Haloti Ngata in the first quarter on Sunday.

Fans greeted backup Brandon Weeden with a flood of boos as he trotted onto the field after Campbell exited with what the team announced as a rib injury.

Ngata was flagged for unnecessary roughness on the play.

Campbell completed 6 of 7 passes in the quarter, including a touchdown pass, after being sacked by Terrell Suggs on the first play of the game.
