Warriors add 4 players before training camp

The SportsXchange

The Golden State Warriors have signed four players to free agent contracts, the team announced Wednesday.

The Warriors added free agents guard Carlon Brown, swingmen Lance Goulbourne and Tarence Kinsey and forward Rick Jackson.

The 6-foot-6 Kinsey is the only NBA veteran among the signees, playing parts of three seasons in Memphis and Cleveland. He played last season in Turkey, averaging 8.1 points a game.

The 6-5 Brown was a second-team All-Pac 12 player at Colorado, the 6-8 Goulbourne played four year at Vanderbilt, and 6-9 Jackson played last season in France.

The signings bring the Warriors' roster to 19 players entering training camp, which opens Oct. 2.
