Miami's Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh are all expected to play Friday night against the Boston Celtics, Heat coach Eric Spoelstra said after a morning shootaround.
But the Heat will be without Shane Battier and Udonis Haslem. The Celtics, meanwhile, will be missing starters Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, who are both nursing ankle injuries.
Wade will return after missing the past six games with knee and ankle problems. Bosh sat out the Heat's past three games, one with a sore knee and two because of illness.
James has been bothered by a strained hamstring that caused him to miss four of Miami's past six games.
All three expect to play again Sunday against the Chicago Bulls. The Heat have locked up home-court advantage throughout the playoffs.
