The U.S. men's national team will face North American foe Canada on Jan. 29 friendly at Houston's BBVA Compass Stadium, the Canadian Soccer Association announced on Monday.

The match will take place at the culmination of the USA's January training camp, the details of which have not officially been announced by Jurgen Klinsmann and U.S. Soccer as of yet. According to the CSA, the Americans' camp will run from Jan. 19-30 in the build-up to the opening game of the CONCACAF hexagonal, which takes place Feb. 6 in Honduras.

The USA and Canada have met in each of the last two years, with the USA winning a CONCACAF Gold Cup bout in 2011 by a 2-0 scoreline and the two playing to a 0-0 draw in Toronto this past June.

For Canada, the match will mark its second friendly in four days, with the team facing Denmark in Tucson, Ariz., on Jan. 26.
