Updated Win-Loss Records from 2012 WWE Pay-Per-Views After ‘Night of Champions’ Action: Fan’s Take

Yahoo Contributor Network

For the first time at a pay-per-view in 2012, WWE champion CM Punk didn't walk away as the winner of his match. But just like all the other events, Punk still stood tall in the center of the ring, holding the title belt above his head. His match with John Cena at Night of Champions ended in a draw, extending Punk's reign another day. In other action, Sheamus improved his record at pay-per-view's this year to 8-0 with his win against Alberto Del Rio, while Layla dropped her first match of the year on a pay-per-view by losing the WWE divas title to Eve. Daniel Bryan, Kane, Antonio Cesaro, the Miz, and Randy Orton all picked up victories at the event, moving up the rankings of 2012 records.
