UFC Fight Night 40 Fighter Salaries: Matt Brown and Ed Herman Top $680,000 Payroll
Matt Brown put on the most impressive performance of his career after having to come back from an early strike by Erick Silva to knock his opponent out. His victory at UFC Fight Night 40 at the U.S. Bank in Cincinnati propels him into the thick of the talk for the UFC welterweight championship.
Brown also easily topped the night’s payroll, taking home a disclosed $82,000 payday, plus an added $100,000 for Fight of the Night and Performance of the Night bonuses. The bonuses are in addition to and do not count as part of his disclosed pay.
