Tyler Hansbrough: Headed for Free Agency

Rotowire.com
Update: Hansbrough's qualifying offer was rescinded Tuesday, thereby making him an unrestricted free agent, ESPN.com reports.

Recommendation: The development follows the signing of fellow power forward David West, who would once again relegate Hansbrough to a bench gig if he re-signed with the Pacers. West's ample deal -- three years, $36 million -- left little left over to keep Hansbrough around. Thus, Hansbrough is now free to sign with any team as he seeks a desired starting gig elsewhere.
