With one round to go, Kris Blanks is in position to reach the final stage of q-school after a 68 Thursday at Plantation (Fla.) Preserve Golf Course & Club.

Blanks is alone in third at 12 under, five strokes behind leader Rob Oppenheim.

Meen Whee Kim is in second after a 65 to get to 13 under.

Others in good position include Ross Fisher (T8, 9 under), Hank Kuehne and Jamie Lovemark (T16, 8 under).

At TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas, Paul Stankowski moved a step closer to advancing to PGA West following a third-round 65.

Todd Hamilton, Kyle Reifers, Jeff Klauk and Jordan Spieth are all in good position as well.

At Redstone Golf Club in Humble, Texas, Mark Anderson is poised to return to the final stage following a third-round 69 to get to 9 under.

At Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville, Fla., Brian Duncan leads at 10 under after a 69.

Patrick Sheehan and Robert Karlsson are both a stroke back.

Other notables in contention include Arjun Atwal and Billy Hurley, both tied for eighth at 7 under.
