This shoe is good for long distance runners who are looking for a very durable, breathable, lightweight shoe with great cushioning. The toe box fits a little snug, which may or may not be uncomfortable for some. Another possible con could be the extended wave plate in the mid-foot because it decreases the shoe's flexibility.
