Tom Brady wore the most gigantic coat you’ve ever seen, and Twitter went into a tailspin
Those of us who hail from New England know that Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, is a full on god. We have built Brady shrines in our homes. Most of us have a dog/cat/kid named “Brady.” And please don’t get us started on “Deflategate” (because it’s just baloney). The man can do no wrong. But at last night’s AFC championship game, Tom Brady wore the most gigantic coat we’ve ever seen, and even the most devout Brady worshippers had to question the wardrobe choice.
In fact, Twitter went into a frenzy over Brady’s excessively large jacket. Although we feel terrible poking fun at the Divine, we have to admit these tweets are pretty hilarious.
Brady does look eerily similar the shrunken head guy from Beetlejuice…

Patriots now up 36-9.

Some Twitter users boldly made reference to the “event-that-shall-not-be-named.” Aka Deflategate. Oops, we just named it.
Yeah, ok fine. Although they sting a little, these tweets are actually pretty funny. Sorry, Dad.

And honestly, this tweet brought the crazy weekend full circle.

Yes, yes. We can laugh at Tom Brady’s silly jacket until the cows come home. But here’s our final word on the matter – Tom Brady and team won the AFC championship game against the Pittsburg Steelers 39-17, meaning the Pats are going to the Super Bowl for the ninth time, baby!
So laugh all you want, but when the Pats take home that trophy (no jinxes, knock on wood, no jinxes), we’ll regroup and see who’s laughing then!
