Defensive end Dave Tollefson, a two-time Super Bowl champion with the New York Giants, officially signed with the Raiders.
Tollefson played five seasons with the Giants, registering five sacks in a reserve role in 2011.
The Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans also expressed interest. A native of Walnut Creek, Calif, Tollefson played in 63 career games for the Giants.
