Update: The Rams have claimed Young (knee) off waivers from the Lions, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Recommendation: Young, who was selected 44th overall by the Lions in the 2011 NFL Draft, fell out of favor in Detroit this past season, but afforded a fresh start, the slight, but quick wideout could well turn things around with the Rams if he is able to re-establish himself with a strong training camp/preseason.
