The Titans have agreed to a three-year contract with LB Tim Shaw. The news was first reported by PFW correspondent Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean.

Shaw has been the team’s top special-teams player the past two seasons. In 2011, he had a team-high eight special-teams tackles along with a blocked kick. The year before, Shaw had 13 tackles on punt and kickoff coverage, while also making one start at linebacker for the team.

Before joining the Titans in 2010, Shaw played for Bears, Jaguars and Panthers. He visited the Lions in March before opting to re-sign with Tennessee.
