Titans release tackle David Stewart

The Tennessee Titans are saying farewell to a familiar face.

According to The Tennessean, the Titans have released veteran offensive tackle David Stewart. Stewart has been with the organization since 2006 and has started 116 games.

Injuries plagued him throughout the 2013 season.

As a result of cutting Stewart, the Titans will save $6.5 million in cap space.
