Titans, Fitzpatrick agree to two-year deal

National Football Post

The Tennessee Titans have reached an agreement on a two-year deal with former Buffalo Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, according to TitanInsider.com.

Fitzpatrick was let go in Buffalo last week just at the start of free agency, and the Titans met with him Sunday night at the NFL owners meetings in Phoenix.

The Titans earlier in the day released quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who had backed up Jake Locker last season.

Fitzpatrick threw for 3,400 yards last season with 24 touchdown passes and 16 interceptions. He was the Bills' starter for three seasons before being released.
