Free agent swingman Lazar Hayward rejoined the Minnesota Timberwolves, signing an NBA contract on Monday. Hayward, a first-round selection by the Washington Wizards in 2010 and traded to Minnesota on draft day, played for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Houston Rockets during the 2012-13 preseason. He averaged 1.4 points for the Thunder last season.
