Texans' Foster leaves game with irregular heartbeat

Houston Texans running back Arian Foster left Sunday's game with an irregular heartbeat, but apparently the problem subsided by game's end.

Texans coach Gary Kubiak said trainers told him late in the game that Foster could return, according to the Houston Chronicle, but Kubiak decided not to put Foster back in the game.

Foster left the stadium before he could be questioned by the media, but he has experienced an irregular heartbeat before and did not seem concerned.

"I'll be fine," Foster said in a statement issued by the Texans. "I'll be OK. It's a very minor situation, so I'll be OK."

Foster had 165 rushing yards last week, but he left Sunday's game against Minnesota with just 15 yards on 10 carries. Minnesota won the game 23-6.
