Texans claim Paul Hazel off waivers
The Houston Texans were awarded linebacker Paul Hazel off waivers from the Cleveland Browns.
Hazel was added as the Texans cut linebacker Evan Frierson.
Hazel went undrafted out of Western Michigan.
The 6-foot-5, 227-pounder has played for the Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars.
He has three career tackles.
