Chris Johnson gained 33 yards on 12 carries and had three receptions for 21 yards. Kendall Wright caught five passes for 69 yards.
The Tennessee defense played tough in the loss, giving up 151 yards rushing and 253 passing while taking back one fumble for a touchdown. They sacked Wilson two times.
Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was impressive, racking up 78 receiving yards, 77 rushing and two touchdowns.
The Titans host the 49ers (4-2) next week while the Seahawks head to Glendale to face the Cardinals (3-3).
