T.Y. Hilton is active in Week 17. We take a look at the fantasy implications.
T.Y. Hilton is back in action for the Colts. Hilton was sorely missed in Week 16 as the Colts lost in embarrassing fashion 42-7 against the Dallas Cowboys. Whether or not Hilton is 100 percent remains to be seen, but it appears as though the team is willing to risk him out of the field.
It's a questionable move. The Colts are essentially in a meaningless game against the Tennessee Titans. The Colts are locked into the postseason, and Hilton isn't far removed from injury. While it's likely Hilton will want to test out his hamstring in Sunday's game, it wouldn't be surprising to see the Colts limit his workload as they rest him for the playoffs.
Fantasy impact: With nothing on the line for the Colts and potentially everything on the line for fantasy owners, this is obviously a risky situation. If fantasy owners are determined to start Hilton, they'll want a quick score because he may not have much opportunity to do a lot. He's a WR2 at best with an extremely low floor for the week. Look for Andrew Luck and Hilton to showcase their chemistry a bit early in the game, but be wary of the Colts restricting the starting offense's exposure for the week.
