Pittsburgh Steelers rookie left tackle Mike Adams told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that his right knee he injured in Thursday's preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles will not require surgery. However, Adams will likely be out for at least two weeks and is not expected to play again until Aug. 25 at Buffalo. "I'm hoping to play before that," Adams said. Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said that Adams is considered day-to-day. Also, running back Jonathan Dwyer sustained a sprained shoulder and could be back next Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.
