Every week, a new STACK Challenge gives you an opportunity to test your athletic ability and win a STACK T-shirt. Take the challenge and enter to win by tweeting your results with #STACKChallenge.

Do you know how strong your back is? Strong back muscles help you throw harder, lift more and even run faster, yet many athletes never focus on them during training. Test your back strength by taking Todd Durkin’s Pull-Up Challenge.

Start the challenge by holding the bar in the Pull-Up position (hands facing away from you) and performing a full Pull-Up from a dead hang without moving your lower body. Repeat for 25 reps. When you can’t complete a full Pull-Up with good form, stop and rest before continuing the challenge.
