    Spurs G Ginobili will be out 10-14 days with hamstring sprain

    The San Antonio Spurs will be without guard Manu Ginobili for 10-14 days while recovers from a hamstring injury.

    The Spurs veteran said via Twitter on Monday that an MRI showed a Grade 1 strain in his left hamstring.

    Gilobili left the Spurs' 106-88 victory over Minnesota on Sunday night in the final minute of the first half after contributing 12 points and five assists.

    "Just finished with the MRI," Ginobili tweeted. "Grade 1 strained left hamstring. 10/14 days out. Will be back shortly. Thanks 4 ur support!!"

    Ginobili, 35, is averaging 12.9 points and 4.6 assists this season.
