    SportsCenter sees record ratings after Packers-Seahawks controversy

    ESPN's "SportsCenter" drew 6.5 million viewers following the controversial ending to the Packers-Seahawks game on the network Monday night, making it the most-viewed "SportsCenter" on record, according to Broadcasting & Cable.

    The previous record was 5.9 million viewers for the show that followed a Monday night game between Minnesota and Green Bay on Nov. 14, 2011.

    The Packers-Seahawks game averaged 16.2 million viewers, the third-largest audience on cable television this year, according to Nielsen.
