The Denver Nuggets have agreed in principle to trade exiled point guard Andre Miller to the Washington Wizards as part of a three-team deal, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

The Wizards are sending forward Jan Vesely to the Nuggets and moving guard Eric Maynor to the Philadelphia 76ers, league sources said.

The 76ers are also getting the Nuggets' 2016 second-round pick and the Pelicans' 2015 second-round pick.

Washington had been pursuing Miller as a backup to All-Star John Wall and as an upgrade over Maynor.

Miller, 37, had a 239-consecutive-games-played streak end earlier this season, culminating in a feud with Denver coach Brian Shaw that led to Miller being separated from the team for more than seven weeks.

He had been averaging 5.9 points and 3.3 assists for the Nuggets this season.
