Free agent Evan Turner has reached agreement on a four-year, $70 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers, his agent, Kevin Bradbury, told The Vertical. Turner, a versatile swingman who'll impact the Blazers' perimeter defense, averaged 10.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and one steal in 81 games for the Boston Celtics last season. Turner became a target of multiple teams, including New Orleans and the New York Knicks.
