Source: USC WR Marqise Lee visited Patriots, Lions this week

USC All-American wide receiver Marqise Lee visited the New England Patriots and Detroit Lions this week, according to league sources.

Lee has previously visited the Baltimore Ravens and also has visits with the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints.

He has met with the New York Jets, according to a league source.

Lee was named the Pac-12 Conference Offensive Player of the Year as a sophomore, when he caught a career-high 118 passes for 1,712 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Lee is a projected first-round draft pick.

As a junior last season, Lee's production fell to 57 catches for 791 yards and four touchdowns as he dealt with injuries.

He's a former Fred Biletnikoff winner. The award is given to the nation's top receiver.

Lee met with the Ravens at the NFL scouting combine in February.

At the NFL scouting combine, Lee had a 38-inch vertical leap, a 10-7 broad jump and ran the 40-yard dash in 4.52 seconds. He stood on those numbers at his Pro Day workout, but his top speed when 100 percent is in the 4.4 range.
