Source: Percy Harvin to visit Bills

Wide receiver Percy Harvin is scheduled to make the Buffalo Bills his first team visit after becoming a free agent Tuesday, a source told Yahoo Sports.

The Bills made one of the biggest moves this offseason in upgrading their backfield in a trade for running back LeSean McCoy. Although their starting quarterback remains unclear, the Bills currently feature promising pass catchers Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods and Chris Hogan.

The Jets traded a conditional draft pick for Harvin in October, but released him Tuesday, the official start of the league year, after finalizing a deal for wideout Brandon Marshall. The next team Harvin lands on will be his fourth stop since 2012, when the Minnesota Vikings dealt him to the Seattle Seahawks.

Although multi-skilled in returning kicks and rushing the ball, Harvin's career has stalled because of injuries and reported friction with teammates in the locker room.

Harvin is in talks with other teams, the source said.
