Six New Bouts Added to UFC Fight Night 63 Fight Card in Fairfax

Julianna Pena Says Legal Issues ‘Resolved,' Expects Summer UFC Return

The Ultimate Fighting Championship announced six new bouts for the upcoming UFC Fight Night 63 fight card in Fairfax on Monday.

The Ultimate Fighter 18 winner Julianna Pena (5-2) returns to action for the first time since winning the reality series to take on Milana Dudieva (11-3). Pena’s been sidelined since March 2014 with a knee injury suffered while training for UFC 171.

Fan favorite Clay Guida (31-12) faces Robbie Peralta (18-5, 1 NC) in a featherweight scrap, while former lightweight title contender Gray Maynard (12-5-1, 1 NC) takes on Alexander Yakovlev (21-6-1).

The Ultimate Fighter 17 alumnus Clint Hester (11-4) squares off against fellow season cast mate Luke Barnatt (8-2) in a middleweight bout. Also in the 185-pound division, Ron Stallings (12-7, 1 NC) makes his second appearance in the octagon when he meets Justin Jones (3-1).

Heavyweights Shamil Abdurahimov (15-2) and Timothy Johnson (8-1) meet in their UFC debuts.

UFC Fight Night: Mendes vs. Lamas takes place at the Patriot Center on Fairfax on April 4. The event is headlined by a featherweight bout between second-ranked Chad Mendes and fourth-ranked Ricardo Lamas.
