Marshawn Lynch was an unstoppable force, highlighting a victory for the Seahawks over the Saints, 23-15 at home. With the win, Seattle moves on to the NFC Championship.
Russell Wilson didn't find the end zone and had only 103 yards on 9 of 18 passing and no interceptions. On the Saints side, Drew Brees had a much better day, going 24 of 43 with 309 yards passing, one touchdown and no interceptions.
Lynch was a focal point for the Seahawks, running at will on the Saints for 140 yards on 28 carries with two touchdowns. In the fourth quarter, he found a seam for a 31-yard score. Doug Baldwin pulled in two balls for 30 yards.
The Seattle defensive unit led the way to a victory, allowing 108 yards rushing and 309 passing. They were able to get to Brees for one sack.
Finally, Steven Hauschka was perfect, making all three of the field goals he attempted.
Saints wide receiver Marques Colston gave a standout effort with 144 receiving yards and one touchdown. Running back Khiry Robinson also had a noteworthy performance with 57 rushing yards, 13 receiving and one touchdown.
