Inter winger Ezequiel Matias Schelotto has said his side has to ensure it qualifies for the Champions League.
The winner of the 2010 European competition currently sits in fifth place, three points off the third and final Champions League spot.
And the 23-year-old, whose goal in last weekend's derby ensured a share of the spoils, has spoken of his team's desire to qualify for Europe's most prestigious competition next season while also speaking of his own personal goals.
"We are working hard to ensure Inter earns the Champions League place it deserves," Schelotto told La Gazzetta. "I am enjoying a beautiful moment now. I want to stay at Inter for a long time and I will work to make this happen.
"I have had a lot of patience and humility to get to where I am. I have done this all myself. I always dreamed of scoring a goal like that. Yuto played a great cross and for this 50 percent of the goal is his."
Schelotto's Inter will travel to face his old side Catania on Sunday in Serie A.
