SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- Kruize Pinkins scored 19 points as San Francisco rolled to a 95-57 victory over Division-II Notre Dame de Namur in a season opener Friday night.
The Dons jumped to an early 24-7 lead and kept the onslaught going as they hit 11 3-pointers in the first half to grab a 37-point lead. Mark Tollefson and Matt Glover each had three of San Francisco's 13 total 3-pointers in the game.
Pinkins was one of four players in double figures for the Dons. Tollefson and Cole Dickerson each had 15 points and Glover finished with 12.
The Argonauts' only lead was 2-0 less than a minute into the game, but it was deluged by an 11-0 San Francisco run that saw the Dons hit three straight 3-pointers.
Micah Dunhour scored 17 points and hauled in a game-high 11 rebounds for NDNU.
