The 49ers handled the Titans, 31-17, in Nashville.

Colin Kaepernick finished the game 13 of 21 with 199 yards passing, one touchdown (0 pass, 1 rush) and no interceptions. On the Titans side, Jake Locker went 25 for 41 with 326 yards passing, two touchdowns and one pick.

Frank Gore ran all over the Titans for 70 yards on 24 attempts with two touchdowns while adding two receptions for 34 yards. Vernon Davis pulled in four passes for 62 yards.

The San Francisco defensive unit led the way to a victory, giving up 70 yards rushing and 298 passing. They brought down Locker for three sacks.

Titans running back Chris Johnson had a big day with 71 receiving yards, 39 rushing and one touchdown. Wide receiver Kendall Wright had a good game as well with 98 receiving yards.

Next week, the 49ers travel to London to face the Jaguars (0-7) while the Titans go to St. Louis to play the Rams (3-4).
