Saints News, 8/27/14: Saints' Undrafted Rookies Face The Longest Of Odds

Interesting article from Larry Holder at NOLA.com: "Ten undrafted rookies survived Tuesday's first round of cuts: center Matt Armstrong, wide receiver Brandon Coleman, linebacker Todd Davis, cornerback Brian Dixon, linebacker Kasim Edebali, tight end Nic Jacobs, wide receiver Seantavious Jones, running back Derrick Strozier, defensive lineman Lawrence Virgil and safety Pierre Warren. The Saints have historically plucked some of the better undrafted rookies out of the post-draft pool, most notably Pierre Thomas. The players on the 75-man roster are more than aware of the Saints' adage 'it's not how you got here.'"
