The Saints were crushed by the Seahawks, 34-7, in Seattle.
Drew Brees went 23 for 38 for 147 yards passing, one touchdown and one fumble. Russell Wilson had a better game for the Seahawks, and wound up 22 for 30 with 310 yards passing, three touchdowns and no interceptions.
Darren Sproles gained 11 yards on three carries in addition to seven receptions for 32 yards. Jimmy Graham was a leading receiver, hauling in three balls for 42 yards with a touchdown.
The New Orleans defense surrendered 127 yards rushing and 310 passing. They registered a single sack on Wilson.
Seahawks tight end Zach Miller was impressive, racking up 86 receiving yards and one touchdown. After Wilson, he was the top performer for Seattle. Wide receiver Doug Baldwin also put together a noteworthy performance with 77 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Saints are at home to take on the Panthers (9-3) next week while the Seahawks travel to San Francisco to meet the 49ers (8-4).
