Hibbert finished 10-16 and went 4-5 from the free throw line, in a quality performance offensively. Other top performers for Indiana were Paul George with 18 points and 8 rebounds, and Lance Stephenson with 18 points and 6 rebounds. Despite the loss, Brandon Knight put up 23 points for Milwaukee on 10-20 shooting, including 3-7 from behind the arc.
The Pacers combined hot shooting (eFG% of 55.4%) with high-quality work on the offensive backboards (OR% of 32.4%). They are undefeated (3-0) on the season when exceeding 55% and 30%, respectively, in those metrics. The Bucks, however, are winless (0-6) when giving up those numbers to their opponents.
Milwaukee (11-46) has now dropped three in a row versus Indiana.
